Return and Refund Policy:

To request an exchange, you must first contact us through one of our communication channels. We will then analyze the situation. Please check the conditions below:

• The product must not have been used.
• Activated Codes/Keys/Games or Software are not eligible for a refund, as they will no longer be valid.

If the product meets the above requirements, the refund will be processed according to the following payment methods:

• Credit Card Payment: We will cancel the payment with the credit card operator within a maximum of 30 days. The amount will then be credited to your next statement, according to your credit card provider.
• Bank Slip Payment: The refund will be processed into your checking account within 5 (five) business days.
• Pix Payment: The Pix payment will be refunded within 5 (five) business days.
• The refund will only be processed to the bank account of the original buyer, meaning the same person who made the purchase on our online store.

For exchanges due to size, color, or model, the customer must contact our Customer Service (contato@key4play.com) within a maximum period of 7 (seven) days after receiving the product, specifying the product to be exchanged and the reason for the exchange (size, color, or model).

After receiving the product, the customer may withdraw from the purchase and return it within 7 days at no cost.

The return due to withdrawal must be communicated to our Customer Service (contato@key4play.com) and then sent along with a copy of the invoice, without any signs of use, and in the original manufacturer's packaging to the address provided by Customer Service.

After receiving the product, we will process your refund within 72 hours.
